Half a head of cabbage, shredded
3 small cucumbers, julienned
1 celery stalk, sliced
1 large cabbage, julienned
1 medium bell pepper, julienned
1 apple, julienned
10 radishes, julienned
Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, scallions)
1 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
3 tbsp. sunflower oil
1 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1. Cut all the vegetables
2. Season with salt, pepper and sugar
3. Add sunflower oil and vinegar
4. Mix and combine.
6. Serve cold or at room temperature
