· 1 tangerine

· 1 orange

· 1 very mature pear

· 2 apples

Core both the apples and the pear and then cut them into small cubes before putting them in the blender.

Melon Smoothie

All you need for this is a watermelon. You can use only a small piece if you wish to make just a glass or two.

Remove the seeds and then chop the watermelon into small pieces before throwing it into the blender. You may add some mint or cinnamon to augment the taste if you wish.

Peach Smoothie

You will need:

· 2 peaches

· Half a cup of strawberries

Thoroughly clean the fruits. Cut up the peaches and throw them into the blender. Add the strawberries and then blend. You can add some cinnamon if you wish.
