To lose 33 pounds in 2 weeks one will have to experience both physical and psychological stress. In order to achieve this goal one must implement a liquid diet that balances fat, carbs, and protein. The balance is so important because if it was excluded a person would loose muscle weight rather than weight from fat, which would leave them looking very underdeveloped and soft. This 3 step program will allow you to actually loose 33 pounds in 2 weeks. You may be saying to yourself “wow.” and “How do i start?”
Finding your specific number: The first step is to decide on a limit of calories that you will consume on a daily basis. This number needs to be based on your innate number of calories you use and the number of calories you use from your daily activities. For example if you use 1,500 calories by sleeping all day then that would be your innate number. If you got up and did activity that used up 200 calories then your total calories would be 1,700. You will need to eat a lot less than your overall number to lose 33 pounds in 2 weeks. Start by eating 500 calories less than your total daily amount. See how this impacts your goal. Remember you want to be loosing 2.35 pounds per day. It is important to note you can find your innate number using the free resources online. On this diet i would recommend using your entire day either sleeping or making your food. This will allow you to go off of just your innate number. Also this will allow you to avoid fatigue and irritability.
It is all about the protein: The second step is to break down your foods into protein, carbs, and fats. Tons of diets currently have people deceived because they eat primarily carbs, see the number on the scale drop, and conclude they are doing good when they are loosing muscle weight. THIS DIET WILL NOT CAUSE THAT. You will want a ton of protein to keep you from loosing muscle weight. This will be achieved by eating 1 gram of protein for every pound of your body weight. If you weighed 300 pounds then you would eat 300 grams of protein per day. Next you will want to eat a ton of fat as well, which will be achieved by having 35% of your overall calories come from fat. For example if you had a total of 1,200 calories per day then 420 of those would come from fat. Lastly you take the amount of calories you have left and use them as your carbohydrate source. It is important to note that your body will think it is starving so it will store all carbs as fat unless you eat them with at least an even amount of protein. So if you eat 25 carbs make sure to eat at least 25 grams of protein in the same meal.
“What do i eat?”: All of your food will be liquid so that means powders, juices, and soups. You protein will come from isolate protein powder, which has an average serving content of 120 calories, 20 grams of protein, 0.5 grams of fat, and 3 carbs. Toss stuff in the shake if you like. For example almond butter for fat and fruits for taste and carbs. Remember to always make sure you get at least a balance between carbs and protein. Next is your juices. These will be diluted with water and consumed at the same time as your protein shake so you don’t store fat. Make each shake roughly half water. The other half can include any fruits, but preferably vegetables. Lastly you will want to drink soup broths and warm water. This will help you use the bathroom, which will lead to lower weights. If you use this program you will definitely be able to lose 33 pounds in 2 weeks.
